Optima P3 Management, Inc. is a Project, Program, and Portfolio (P3) management company  which provides P3 management training and consultancy and actual P3 management services to organizations and individuals in and around the Philippines.

Optima P3 Management has been providing project management training and consulting services based on Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) framework. We cover all the phases of a project - from its initiation, planning, execution, and close-out, to the monitoring and controlling activities necessary throughout the project's entire life cycle. We also provide project document templates and guidelines on how to use some project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, White Cloud System, and Project Administrator.

Optima P3 Management's directors are project management practitioners coming from different industries - construction, information technology, supply chain management, food and restaurant, and events management. They have completed their Project Management Diploma Program under the PMI, the largest project management organization in the world. Most of them are also Project Management Professionals (PMP) certified by PMI.
